Monthly Meetings
Fareham Art Group meets on the last Thursday of each month, doors open 7.00 pm – till 9.30 pm at Trinity Church Hall, Fareham. Entry is free for members and £3.00 for non-members. Refreshments are available. A minimum of 5 professional artist demonstrations / informative talks take place each year using a variety of styles and mediums; an opportunity to learn from experts. There is also the opportunity to enter your own work in our competitions to win one of 7 trophies awarded annually.
New members are very welcome; if you would like to give us a try, come along for up to three monthly meetings before joining. It’s £3.00 for non-members and £20 to join; full joining information is available on the Join Us page.
Please note that in January and February, our demonstrations take place online. On these occasions, members will be sent the relevant joining instructions by email.
There are no monthly meetings in July, August and October. The Annual General Meeting is held in September and the Christmas event is held in December.

This group continues throughout the year with a short break at Xmas and occasional closures due to local events. This group will not meet on 27th December and will resume on 3rd January 2026. |

Summer Outdoor Painting Days
During July and August, we arrange a programme of outdoor painting sessions. Details of the 2026 En-Plein Air Painting Days, along with a downloadable summary, are available below.
Exhibitions
The group holds an annual exhibition every autumn to display and sell members’ work. The 2026 event takes place at the Titchfield Community Centre, Mill Street, Titchfield, PO14 4AB on 10 and 11 October.
We seek to exhibit at other exhibitions throughout the year, and these can be arranged by a group of members
