As things gradually return to normal it’s time for us to set up our regular evening meetings and demonstrations again. We will always adhere to the government’s guidelines to ensure the safety of our members, but we are hopeful that we can begin meeting up socially in the autumn.
We want our first group meeting back to be a social event and celebration so that members can catch up after having been apart for such a long time. We are starting to make plans for the session which will include refreshments, a competition, presentation of certificates and trophies from our lockdown competitions, and much, much more. The event will be free and open to all members and i’ll share more details with you in our July newsletter.
Weekly Tuesday painting classes
Restrictions permitting we are intending to start up the weekly Tuesday afternoon painting sessions again towards the end of September. We are currently making enquiries to book the hall, and getting in touch with our tutor. I will update you with further details in our next newsletter.
That’s all the news for now. As always, we will continue to follow the Government’s guidelines to keep everyone safe, in the meantime, do take care and hope to see you at our summer painting days.
